If you buy food from Hy-Vee's Health Market, check with your store to see if they have a discount day. In the town I live in Hy-Vee, will give you 10% off your Health Market purchases on Tuesdays. (You will probably have to remind them each week ;-)

thanks for the reminder about Hy-Vee giving you a nickel for each bag. I experienced this last week and thought, cool! Then, on Sunday, when I stopped for a few things, I didn't get the credit. I had to go to customer service to get my 15 cents.
So, I have to remember to mention it or watch them at my Hy-Vee.
