The Hy-Vee stores in my area have Ecotrin aspirin, low dose 45 ct, on sale for $2.49 BOGO. This can be coupled with $2 mfg coupons from either smart source or red plum inserts. In addition, I received a catalina for $5 off my next purchase of 2 Ecotrin. So, you can keep rolling this one, and make a little money as well.
